You will regret if you hire them to manage your rental property. They will charge you extra repair cost and absolutely no overseeing the rental property. If you are a renter, then, you will be happy doing business with them.
I just want to address the review given by Cheryl last year. After researching, we determined that she is a relative of a client whom we managed their property. The tenants did trash the place (animal urine), that was more then security deposit. The homeowner did have to pay the difference initially. We sued the tenants on the homeowner behalf and got all of their money back. Then Joy sold their house for a ridiculously low commission.
