I have been renting for nearly 7 months now (not a long time) and have had a couple issues with them. The biggest one, is that after finally moving in, we discovered the house had cockroaches and a really bad case of ants. All they did was send a handy man with the liquid Terro. All he did was put a couple drops of it on our bathroom sink and called it good. He didn't even leave the bottle. We even called again to aware them it did not solve the issue.
