I thought the staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr was a female and she was very gentle, exray tech made sure he had both knees and lower back just right anyway all in all a good experience
This place is not great at all. Don't advertise that you take most insurances, when clearly, you DO NOT. The girl up in the front was rude and stand off-ish. Acted like she didn't want to desl with anyone. The nurse in the back acted like I shouldn't have been there and told me to go down the street. Glad we didnt stay and went somewhere else.
After reading the reviews I guess everyone has expectations but my whole family comes here & I have been over a year & every one is always so friendly & some days may wait longer than other but even when they are slammed back the most I ever waited from time I walk in to time I was out is 45min. It is an urgent care and triage for patients that need to be seen immediately, I will patiently wait! Everyone is amazing all staff all shift everytime
Don't know how to do there job! Said they accepted our insurance. Treated us. Then on a follow up visit. Said they can't treat us untill the bill is paid Because the insurance co. Did not cover the first visit...swoop and swap!!!! How does a company Not know how there getting paid? Or if they are a preferd service provider??? They should have never accepted us at the desk
Been here three times and always a good experience. Clean, efficient, and quick. They accepted my VA card with no problem, gave prescription and I was on my way.
