It's been 3 weeks and no one has called me back about authorization for the prescription they sent to the pharmacy despite calling every day and being promised it would be done today. They even said the supervisor was now involved. Nothing. I eventually went to the pharmacy and had to pay cash when given the option. I guess I will have to pay for the refills as well. Worst experience ever! Terrible customer service. For healthcare professionals, the staff really lack empathy and do not seem interested in helping people. They are very dismissive and rude. I do not recommend going here for any type of care.
Almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Little to no information for every appointment.
