The front girl is very rude and wont let you talk to the manager if there is a problem. They supposedly got a new office manager but is no where when there is sn issue. Both need to be fired!! I just had surgery and can't drive. I called Monday twice to cancel the appointment. It's on my phone records. Once I was hung up on and 2nd time no one answered. Now they want to charge me a $50 fee for a no show. Learn to answer your phones. Won't be back!!
Dr. Lee is amazing! My son fell and broke his two top teeth this morning. I called the office line and pressed the option for true emergency. Dr Lee messaged me shortly after and had me send pictures. He then asked me to meet him at the office this afternoon. He fixed my sons teeth in about less than an hour. I am so thankful for the prompt help and willingness to do so. As my son said “you’re a life saver!” We are so thankful for you today!
Had an appt there last Tues afternoon for my two kids.(11/23..Because I had to wait 3 months for that appt ,that was made 3 months prior, Had previous Dentist send xrays and all info as they said insurance wouldn't pay again. Spoke with several different offices that pulled my daughters insurance that only saw one.
