Having lost my mom, Frances Ann Chapman, in march 2024 and my dad, John F Guzzetta, in November 2024, both whom I cared for and we were always together. It has been an emotional challenge to say the least. When my mom passed my dad and I thought of Ft. I have a long relationship with Ft Myers Memorial Gardens. Unexpectedly my son passed away 16 years ago. Steve Smith handled the arrangements and he was great. Over the years I have worked with various individuals with pre planning for myself and my husband. My most recent interaction was with Brian. I was greeted very kindly by a gentleman in the front who introduced me to Jackie who was able to help me to find closure with my friend who had recently passed the family who was out of state did not do a very good job of communication. So i took a chance that my friend was still at the facility and she was. Jackie was able to bring her urn to a private room for me so I could say goodbye.
