Rick provided excellent customer service. He understood my concerns, addressed them thoroughly, and offered me suggestions for future service.
I was bored and decided to make a service appointment for tomorrow. Went online at 2:00pm and was surprised to see that I could come in at 2:30 today. Went in and got my car serviced and was home in an hour. WOW Everything went smoothly. I’m impressed. Ed Brooks was perfect.
I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership bought my car an year ago Land Rover been having problems with this car every since they refused to work on it want me to take my car to Land Rover wen I bought the car from them and this all started because the female who sold me the car no longer works there so they not honoring service on nothing she sold so im took wit a car that I can’t even get fixed I will be taking this board and anything else I can do get to investigate this discrimination issue
