I had my cars oil change and in addition they always checkout the car to make sure everything ok. Normally they do a great job but this time however they didn't fasten down my battery covers and the latches on my engine air filter when they checked it. This caused a vibration noise while driving. That's when I popped the hood and found these issues.
Manny the service manager always goes above and beyond with communication while my vehicles are being serviced. Zach my service advisor is great about explaining any issues related to the service and stays on top of time frames. Excellent all around!!
Great service! Dropped off my vehicle for a battery replacement and Jenna helped set up a loaner vehicle for me while they worked on my car. 10/10!
