I have been going to Dr. Adkins for over 5 years now and the quality of medical care continues to exceed my already high expectation. I can address my issues and he actually understand my medical history. Receptionist and staff are friendly. Clean office. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
I am a self paying patient and went there because their prices are reasonable. The doctor himself was nice. His staff, especially the lady at the front desk are horrible. I had my blood drawn on tuesday and was told to call wednesday for the results. I called wednesday, thursday, friday and monday to learn my results. Each time it was said that she would put down a note and someone would call me back. I called every four hours because noone would call me back.
