Only rating based on my very limited experience with them. So I live in md but buy all my cars from Florida to avoid rust...etc. found a car I was interested in from this dealer, called to get more info, they couldn't answer ANY of my questions, even the basics!!!! When I asked for confirmation regarding body parts/colors on the car they told me they'd hang up and call back as soon as they walked out to the car to check...no call back.
