The facility, staff, and amenities are excellent. I recommend that kids and families visit there.
Every time I come here I feel like I have an issue. Very first time coming- we got there at around 11:00 to find the doors locked with staff clearly sitting at the desk- after standing at the door for about 10 minutes, someone finally came to the door to say they aren’t open until noon because of some sort of ‘’maintenance” however there was nothing on the website or on their social media posted about a late opening- so we waited the extra time outside until they finally decided to open. Staff is very kind and basketball court is nice. My review would be higher but unfortunately the weight room is very outdated which is okay, but the boxes they have for box jumps are in a negligent area where there are beams right above it. I used them and hit my head very hard which is partially my fault yet the boxes should not have been in that location.
