The front desk staff—- Customer service SUCKS!!! Disgusting attitude.
Extremely disappointed with the pricing practices at this dentistry. My boyfriend was quoted one price, but after paying half, the total cost suddenly doubled without prior notice. This kind of misleading pricing is unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency and honesty from the start. Would not recommend.
I have gone to Fort Mill Smiles for a little over a year, but won’t be back. New dentists seem to be working at this office all the time, and Dr. Allahdadi has no bedside manners.
