Very helpful service advisor. However, it took almost 3 hours with an appointment to have minor maintenance work done. Also, notification for service due was not reset during visit.
Staff was great, got to the point, very courteous and they listened to my concerns. But every time I go they are always accommodating to my needs. My mechanic Aaron rode in the car with me because of the concerns I had. And explained everything. Thank you Valerie and Aaron.
I am very pleased with how courteous and professional your team has been to me.
