Tony B provides excellent customer service every time I come in to get my vehicle serviced. From one former New Yorker to another, he made me feel welcomed and made sure I was all set.

Juan Castillo had a very arrogant attitude from the moment we walked in. He also gave information that conflicted with what is stated on Hyundai’s official website which gave me pause in having confidence he knew what he was talking about. Upon pickup there was an issue and Juan was very unhelpful and had very poor/nonexistent customer service skills. For the past 17 years, I've been relying on the service team at Fort Mill Hyundai to keep me safe as I cruise down the highway. The entire service team contributed to an excellent experience at a recent oil change/tire rotation visit. I was notified about a warranty repair that was also completed in under two hours. I appreciate the routine maintenance recommendations that allow me to plan for future service visits and extend the life of my vehicle. A special thanks to David that started it all so many years ago!
