Juan Castillo had a very arrogant attitude from the moment we walked in. He also gave information that conflicted with what is stated on Hyundai’s official website which gave me pause in having confidence he knew what he was talking about. Upon pickup there was an issue and Juan was very unhelpful and had very poor/nonexistent customer service skills. For the past 17 years, I've been relying on the service team at Fort Mill Hyundai to keep me safe as I cruise down the highway. The entire service team contributed to an excellent experience at a recent oil change/tire rotation visit. I was notified about a warranty repair that was also completed in under two hours. I appreciate the routine maintenance recommendations that allow me to plan for future service visits and extend the life of my vehicle. A special thanks to David that started it all so many years ago!
I scheduled a service and called ahead to see what the price would be. I had a leaky washer fluid pump that needed replaced. The service advisor said it would be $240-260, which I thought was high, but agreed just to get it done. I arrived and gave them the car and 70 minutes later they confirmed that it was a leaky washer fluid pump, but the price would be $360.
