We had an excellent experience here. They took great care of my wife and her truck. We had a previous terrible experience with Rock Hill Ford. They lied about work done and left my wife in a very dangerous situation while I was out of town. Ft. Mill went above and beyond and were beyond honest and accommodating. From the front desk, to the technicians to the shuttle driver- everyone was excellent and deserves a kudos
Had a warranty issue pop up a day before a trip. They took care of it same day and didn’t leave any grease stains like other dealerships have. Deforrest was a great service advisor, pleasant and kept me informed. All around they did a great job making a stressful situation much better. Thank you!!!
