Typical Hospital Staff is great, but the electronic communication, administration and billing side is horrible... hence 3-stars
Fort Atkinsons Emergency room. I went in with a fever and I was transferred to St Mary's in Madison, WI. I am leaving a review about a nurse in the emergency section on January 11th 2026 and I went in using a ambulance because I felt terrible with a fever. It turned out I had a blood infection and became septic. I was discharged today from St Mary's in Madison. I been on the second floor of the ER unit room 2110 for the past two and a half days. Everything about all the staff here is awesome. They are quick to respond to an emergency situation. They treated me more like an old friend/family member than just another patient. The staff not only kept a close eye on me, but asked me every time while checking on me if there was any thing I needed or they could do for me.
