Had a newborn so went in and placed a hold on my account for a few months in May. I was told it would take effect in 1-2 weeks. 2 months later I realized my account was charged for June and July. I went in and asked what happened and was told I never filled out any paperwork and there was nothing they could do about the $120 that charged during the time my membership was supposed to be on hold. Very friendly staff and make good progress with our problem.
This place is great! Has everything I need to get a good workout in. Also has a path in the back to run, walk, and bike by the playground
