Outdated equipment and lack of them and outdated facility
I had a highly disappointing experience at this YMCA. The facilities are outdated and in poor condition. The pool was shockingly dirty, with visible debris like bandage strips at the bottom, and the water had an unpleasant saline taste—unlike any pool I've ever used. The changing rooms are equally neglected, with no doors and a sauna that’s filthy and has a door barely hanging on. Lady at desk was extremely rude. I've had my membership for over 2 years. But I've been repeatedly treated poorly by 2 different workers. I am debating changing to another ymca.
