Used to really love my time at the Y. Was almost a daily regular for years. In the pool. I’m handicapped and have 5 herniated disks. 3 in the cervical and 2 in lumbar. In order to ease pain I do “traction” in the water. 5 lb weighs on my ankles and a tiny circular pillow that I use in the deep end to hang from. Just a 5 min procedure at the end of my swim.
