It's 2019 and I can't leave them a voicemail after hours? I am happy with the doctor, but extremely unhappy with the business.
First, I was misdiagnosed with a sinus infection when I actually had an abcessed tooth which I discovered when severe pain sent me to the emergency room in the middle of the night. Second, I ran out of my the medication that I take every day for depression. The pharmacy placed several requests for refills with NO REPLY. I finally called the doctor and they asked me to come in.
