Avoid this place at all cost.
Walked in for the first time. The window representatives are not friendly. Went up to the wrong window and got yelled at to go to another window. I then proceeded to ask questions and they felt bothered by it.
The attitude is insane here. The front desk lady just screams…throws id…refuses to help. If that our job, just quit! Don’t do these to our service members..UNSAT! A formal complaint will be filed!
Seems like they only have one laboratory technician. Lab is only open 8am to 11am. Usually long waiting times in general. I went to a much better VA clinic in a different state and this one doesn’t even compare. I haven’t been to Glen Bernie but that clinic might be better than this.
President Trump, Please address these ongoing issue or close this clinic. I had a deeply disappointing experience at Fort Meade VA Outpatient Clinic during my recent visit. Due to confusion about the clinic's location, I arrived 8 minutes late for my appointment, which the receptionist noted might be an issue.
