Do not rent here. Between the unsafe, poorly maintained property grounds and the predatory accounting practices, living here for two years was a massive mistake. The community itself is constantly trashed. Dog waste is left rotting on the ground without management ever cleaning it up, trash overflows, and the neighbors are sketchy enough that you never feel truly safe or comfortable outside your door.
