We had a really good experience. The waitress wasn't to long, every medical professional we saw was friendly, courteous, polite, and communicated really well. Thru the whole process we were checked on and felt like the staff was concerned with our well-being. Thank you to everyone that took care of my husband.
I had gone into the ER for a persistent headache that had lasted nearly two weeks and widespread muscle pain across my entire back, chest, and shoulders and that I tried four different over-the-counter pain relievers and every single pain relief home remedy I could think of and/or research. I told them I had no insurance and would be self-paying and they gave me information to get insurance before doing anything else to check me in. I was in Tennessee visiting my sister and had a bad accident and we went to Fort Loudon Medical Center emergency room and this is by far the best emergency room I’ve ever visited they were so quick they were attentive and incredibly friendly each and everyone I spoke with was very professional and on task ! the doctor was informative. The nurse I had was just amazing. He was attentive and informative, helpful resourceful. I wish I could remember his name because I’ve never had such amazing patient care in my life.
