The doctor hurt my husband worse than when he came in. He left with a 12 out of 10 pain and didn't help him at all with his problem. Dr. Geibig doesn't care about who he is seeing
They hide behind the word triage, but they don't know what it means. They sure know how to tell you that you can leave any time, though. I sat for many hours in excruciating pain. I ended up leaving. Other than the receptionist, everyone else was rude. The EKG tech ripped my whole harness off without removing the leads. My Dr even called to tell them I needed to be seen.
Came here for post op pain and everyone treated me with respect and all the nurses and nursing students were extremely kind and listened to me..was sent home with more pain medicine and I will return if I need. They gave me fluids and made sure I am healing as I should
They are awesome here! They know what they are doing and they actually care about you.
I want to thank Brooke Duncan for telling me about the call ahead system . I did the call ahead, but he was not put in the system when we got there . The ER administration said they may have not entered the info since they were not busy . Besides that the nurses Shawn and Megan were great along with Dr. Rayder. Dr. Rayder, was a very nice, caring and down to the point Dr. he answered our questions honestly about treatment and prior treatment . Thanks to the Er staff last night Christy
