I went to Fort Loudon ER for a severe allergic reaction. I got onto the bed but the mattress was off center and not attached. It tipped me over the far side onto the floor and now I have a broken ankle. They are "discussing" if they should pay to fix it.
The doctor hurt my husband worse than when he came in. He left with a 12 out of 10 pain and didn't help him at all with his problem. Dr. Geibig doesn't care about who he is seeing
They hide behind the word triage, but they don't know what it means. They sure know how to tell you that you can leave any time, though. I sat for many hours in excruciating pain. I ended up leaving. Other than the receptionist, everyone else was rude. The EKG tech ripped my whole harness off without removing the leads. My Dr even called to tell them I needed to be seen.
Came here for post op pain and everyone treated me with respect and all the nurses and nursing students were extremely kind and listened to me..was sent home with more pain medicine and I will return if I need. They gave me fluids and made sure I am healing as I should
They are awesome here! They know what they are doing and they actually care about you.
