Kristen B is uncaring and borderline nasty. Kate is the opposite. They are lacking staff. Current staff have become hardened to patient pain. Patient care changes "on the fly" based on staffs changing assessment of patient need. There is little control of raucous patients.

I recently had a medical stress test at Ft. Loudoun. All I can say is that all the employees from the check-in admin to the nurses and medical staff doing the test were very polite and helpful. The whole process went smoothly. They introduced themselves with smiles and answered all questions. I highly recommend these services and Ft. Loudoun.

I’d give it zero if I could. The wait time is insane- the front desk clerks will lie to you about how many rooms are available just so you’ll still check in. The one older, heavy set lady is rude beyond belief and honestly shouldn’t have a job here. She was called rude and was nasty to 3 people (my wife included) while we were here and then once she called security over someone calling her out on it- she started to laugh as the patient got madder. This was my first experience at this emergency facility, and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed and concerned about the way I was treated. I came to the ER after a window above my bed fell and struck me in the head. I developed a large knot that was beginning to turn blue, felt dizzy and nauseated, and noticed that one side of my face appeared to be drooping.
