Everyone is very efficient friendly does their job all but one Breanna she is not friendly with patients or employees she is not team player doesn't answer when you try to speak I know dealing with public that's part of your job I've worked with the public I refuse to go to her and if I have to I will take my business elsewhere I'm always in there at least once a month labs inr but also get all blood work tests mammogram colonoscopy..... everything I need have done more than once month noone knows what patient situation is a... read more
The staff is always friendly and helpful. We are there every week and Dawn always greets us with a wheelchair and a smile. Ginny is amazing and always has a kind word!

I brought my sister in last Monday, the 10th of August at around 5:00 pm. I was terrified, because she had just mowed the lawn and called me to come over because she was feeling really bad. I told her that I wasn't a doctor and that I needed to call an ambulance. She begged me to come over, and I did. She was pale and sweating profusely from the temperatures being in the 90's. Outpatient bone marrow biopsy is not treated with any pain meds. The doctors tell patients it isn’t painful. To drill into a bone and take bone marrow and a piece of bone is not painful? Most people getting this done say otherwise. And it’s just inhumane to puncture and invade someone’s body and them have pain till they heal but it is not treated by the doctors there. It’s wrong, these biopsies are painful and giving a person a couple days pain meds to get through healing process should be standard of care. I know people who... read more
