With the exception of one horrible PA in the ER, GLWACH is a wonderful facility that I can't speak highly enough of. I would love to give them a 5 star review, however, Mark Short, PA, makes that impossible. I fell in April 2012, hitting my head and hurting my back and shoulder. My husband took me to the ER where Mr. Short was my provider. He said that I was acting like I was on drugs due to slurred speech, did no examination of my head even though I had hit my head hard in the fall.
