Awful ED for pediatric care. I recommend going to Rolla or Springfield if you can make the drive
I understand it’s Juneteenth WEEKEND but June 19th was yesterday June 20th is not a federal holiday so when I walked in trying to get my wife’s heart medication and the pharmacy was closed I was a bit upset but to make matters worse when I asked the SPC at the desk threw his hands up and shrugged his shoulders before going back to playing on his phone…completely unprofessional and very annoyed
Absolutely the worst mil hospital I've been to in over 46 years, ER is a disgrace.
Wow a new shiny hospital and no one knows annything around here. The front desk staff are just as clueless. Multiple staff referring me to another clinic section various times. Healthcare shouldn’t be this hard. Where do I see my primary care? Where does my spouse see her primary care? Where do my kids go to see primary care?
