Overall very poor communication about wisdom teeth extraction. No follow up even about jaw pain inquiries. Very disappointed. Scaling was very unprofessional in a way that took less than 5 minutes unlike other clinics. Nothing was thoroughly checked. Do not recommend at all.
The doctor rushed to recommend extraction and an implant for a tooth with "infection," instead of referring me to an endodontist. I went through 2 months of pain after the "treatment" and he didn't seem to care about the level of pain I was experiencing. I had to go to a specialist who explained and corrected the problems. Please go to specialists like endodontist or prosthodontist, if you have any issues that require more expertise than what a general dentist can provide.
I'm very satisfied with Good Care Dental and Dr. Hong. This time I came for a routine Oral Cleaning and a Filling. The doctor and the dental assistants were very professional and worked with a very gentle touch, so I didn't feel any discomfort. After the cleaning, my teeth were sparkling, and the filled tooth looked so natural it was hard to notice. If you need a reputable dental clinic for comprehensive oral care, then this is the perfect place.
