RecommendedWould highly recommend!! Friendly accommodating staff and doctors. We have a multi pet household prices are reasonable.
The office manager is extremely rude, I wonder if the vets know how rude she is to customers. Its bad enough when you're worried about your pet but then to have someone with zero compassion take your pet back is unnerving. I had to put a hold on my credit card because the lady taking payment wrote it on a piece of paper. When I questioned the practice I was told that I was rude and should take my pet somewhere else. Bad business all around.
THANK YOU is all I can say, Dr Thames and the ladies there were very helpful and generous. I watched a poor pup get hit on 9, a good samaratin helped me and we brought him and the owner covered all costs for his treatment! what a great team! We unfortunately couldn't do anything for him, he was too badly hurt. 💔RIP pup💔
They take such good care of Buddy! they take the time to talk to you and answer all your questions. Very reasonable prices and truly love your pet too!
Anytime I’ve ever had questions the staff has taken the time to answer all my questions, and have even gone above and beyond and emailed me further information at times. Vets spend a good amount of time in the room with you. I’ve never felt they were in a rush to finish up with my pup so they could get to the next patient. Best vet service around!
They gave my sweet Tanner wonderful care and helped us so much when he was sick. Very kind people too! The doctor and staff were great with Tanner and were compassionate to us during his illness. They also take time to listen to you!
Highly recommend Fort Lawn Animal Clinic! Tried several other local Vets - none compare to the caring, professional staff. Treat you like a person - not just a number and truly kind and caring toward your pet. ��
