I have been coming to Ft Lauderdale Women's Care for years. Today was my last time. After waiting almost 2 hours to see anyone I left. I prefer to receive care from those that are as respectful of my time as I am of theirs. If you are retired, don't have any time constraints this is the place to go.

The wait time in this office is outrageous I don’t know if they overbook appointments or what but you don’t see the nurse until 40 minutes after the appointment and then you have to wait another hour for the doctor after that
I love the PA and Dr. Osman. Ive been a patient for a while. It saddens me, but I will be finding a new office. Be prepared to wait for hours. Every time I come here, it’s a two hour ordeal just for a pap smear. 90% of that time is waiting… They don’t ever answer phone calls and honestly its quite a ridiculous experience. It would be different if it was a one time thing but its every time. The waiting room is also NEVER busy… so in my eyes theres not really a good excuse.
I had a Wednesday appointment with Rahela Damse ARNP I addressed my concerns and she took her time to answer all my questions without rushing me. What it impressed me was her phone call on a Sunday afternoon to inform me about my image and tests results, and to tell me she sent the prescription to the pharmacy already. I was very concerned about those tests results but because of her call I had a restart of my Sunday worry free. Im sure this is just of an example of her genuine care for her patients.
