Beware!!!! Office has no idea what they are doing!!! My mother went for nerve block for knee pain. First, they got the insurance information wrong, never submitted to insurance company which I had verified for my mother in that she was crying and very upset on her treatment at office, and then, they billed her wanting cash payment!!! Then my mom went for follow up today, and they said she had no appointment. My mom whipped out the card with the appointment they gave her.
