Dr. Epstein is wonderful! His front office staff is another story, wonder if they are able to smile? So rude from the moment you walk in, disrespectful to all, especially the elderly 😢. And payment is due immediately before you even see the doctor, how do they know what to bill? Turns out they over bill then good luck talking to someone in the “business” office for a refund, I had to get my insurance company involved. Had surgery couple of years ago with an excellent doctor. Unfortunately every time I come for a simple exam I wait between 1.5 to 3 hours. It’s disrespectful and I will not come back. Sad because the Doctor is good.
