Best purchase experience I ever had. Daniel was fantastic. So straight forward and honest. I really can't say enough. No high pressure sales. No usual dealer bull. Just the right amount of information, space and time. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them at all. Infact much bigger better-known dealerships could learn lesson from these guys. Called them two weeks ago to inquire about refurbishing the interior and upgrading the technology on my Lexus IS 350C. On the phone I was told that they don’t do that kind of work. Fine. Then I get a series of texts asking me to come in to see what would be possible. Super friendly over the phone until this point. I drive over there and the demeanor was different. These guys were great. I bought a Lotus Emira from them and had it shipped up the east coast. They were very patient, super nice, and very communicative. This is the 10th car I have ever purchased from dealers around the country, and this is the smoothest process I have ever had. Danny is a super nice guy in sales and Justin in the finance department is super helpful too. And guess what... NO RANDOM DEALER MARK UP!!!
