Ben and his team fixed my 2007 HVAC system. It took a little longer than expected but that was due to a supplier issue and wasn't Ben fault and his scheduling team worked to get me in quickly once the right part was ready and Ben, the owner, came himself to make the final repair. The repair took some more troubleshooting than expected but Ben did not inflate the price he promised me or try to tell me I needed to replace an expensive part which seems to be what a lot of the other hvac repair companies do when they can't figur... read more
David was very helpful and the pricing was good when I purchased my HVAC system. Over the my past fews years they have done timely service calls and all staff has been very professional.
I spoke with David on Tuesday about a broken AC Unit and he got me an AC Unit the next day. Phenomenal service for a brand new customer. With how hot it has been this week, I was shocked that he had the time to help me with the installation so fast. If you want great service from a trustworthy individuals, call Nicks Air Services and ask for David . I fully intend on maintaining my relationship with them.
