I have been using Fort Knox in Middletown for many years. It’s always clean and interior walkways are well lit. The staff has always been professional and helpful when needed!

I went to check my unit which was outside, so I parked my vehicle next to it when after only a minute or two, an employee immediately approached me asked me what I was doing there, ask me my unit number and verified that I was indeed the owner. And while that sounds like a hassle, at least now I know my belongings are safe and secure. Fort knox, indeed!

I am very pleased with this self storage it is clean, the prices are reasonable and Bernice in the office is knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. This is my first time using a storage unit and Bernice was always patient with me accommodating and professional, I highly recommend this self storage unit!
