Very disappointed in Fort Knox, my husband prepays our storage unit bill every month, we have decided to move and now removed everything from our storage unit but Fort Knox will be keeping our August payment even though they will be leasing our unit and charging another unsuspecting customer for it. We have now thrown away $240 in an effort be great tenants. Very expensive they jack the rates after the first month. Raised the price again after 1 year. They do not care how long you have been with them. They lie about matching prices. It is not true.

Nice safe clean facility with helpful staff. Would like cheaper prices though.
