I used their storage facility for my seasonal needs as I lived in a 1br apt in DC. I haven't had ANY issues over the last 5 years and they kept my low rate the same the entire time. The locked gate at the front (which all tenants have their own code) kept our stuff super secure & I highly recommend them for your storage needs!
Fort Knox an excellent storage facility, great accommodations the upkeep of the premises were impeccable. I like to thank the management for making our storage years a great success. Great company very easy to work with. Ben
I'm moving my things closer to home and a less expensive unit. Fort Knox used to be a great place that was well kept, but now, at least my building, doesn't have a pull on the elevator door and I'm short, so it's a physical challenge. And the elevator often gets cranky. I'm 73 and tired of fighting with it and the stairs. I miss Bob.

My first time there and i could not be happier. Liz was great, so nice, helpful and very professional. She showed me the storage room that I would be renting right away, no wait time, the room was move in ready and I was able to drop off the items that I had in my car. She also walked me thru the process of driving in and out of the lot and she was very patient, not talking to fast to try and get rid of me. I will definitely recommend this location to my fiends and family.
