TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. This experience was downright awful and completely unprofessional. Rich Parker was working there, and the whole time he was processing my application he kept talking to himself and swearing under his breath. It was incredibly uncomfortable. The phone rang at least three different times, and two of the three calls he completely ignored, while the third he picked up, only to tell the customer he was busy and then hang up again. What can I say about Columbia Fort Knox Self Storage..... Well..... I am placing this review on this site as the Columbia Fort Knox Self Storage site does not have a 'review me' area! I will not review the manager as I do not want to get hit with a suit for libel, but needless to say we are not BFFs.
