Excellent customer service and amazingly strong (and heavy). 1/4" powder coated steel. Excellent instructions provided. I couldn't be happier. I'm hoping no-one tries to vandalize this mailbox but I'm happy knowing I've got a fighting chance now if they do.

Industrial grade quality stands alone in a sea of junk for sale elsewhere. This mailbox is both well designed and well constructed. My old box was crushed by a falling tree limb and I have no such worries about my new one!
