Not a secure facility. They have had multiple units broken into. Owner says he not qualified to look at security footage. Very poor customer service. There are a ton of other storage facilities in cleveland. I would recommend looking elsewhere other than Fort Knox
These are great people who are excellent to rent from. Honest, reputable, reasonable, and super friendly and helpful.
