Contacted for free screening (laid off/no insurance) regarding a swollen lymph node in left breast for 4+ weeks. They are not able to do mammogram (when there's a problem/lump). Only screening. Requires Dr,s order. Spoke with someone last Sunday who was going to "check with their supervisor" for other options for the uninsured with a promise to reach back out by Monday/Tues of last week. Edit: They were able to adjust my balance and clear up the mistake made by the billing department. I came in for a Dexa Body Comp Scan and paid the $50 flat rate. Not even a week later I received a bill for an additional $250. I spoke to the billing department and they told me they’d look into it and I needed to give them a call back in 10 business days.
