I came in for a Dexa Body Comp Scan and paid the $50 flat rate. Not even a week later I received a bill for an additional $250. I spoke to the billing department and they told me they’d look into it and I needed to give them a call back in 10 business days. The scan is listed as a flat rate on their website and I even asked if there were additional fees when I was there for the scan. The location - beautiful. The staff - excellent. Was told one price over the phone, added $150 more when I got there. Getting my self paid results - FRUSTRATING. Website said 24-48 hours, mine took over a week and calling several times. Then received results and couldn't see them due to nowhere to create a login and password. Try to get help for that - no one answers. I felt very taken care of while there but then ignored once they had my money. Not sure if I will return. EDIT: and now they want even more money! Office experience GREAT! Portal and "call center" customer service HORRIBLE!!!! Definitely need to improve that service and having a call center that is outsourced is not a good experience for customers!
