April 2017 check up went well, noticed my mute cat was straining to pee in July, the cat’s on vet diet now. October he was grunting and peed on bed and little spots around the house, vet said he’s constipated, wait and feed him pumpkin. Now blood urine and being hospitalized for 3 days for UTI, vets are impersonal to your pets. He’s at a more personal and more sympathetic vet clinic. I wouldn't want my fur babies going anywhere else. The entire staff is amazing. They have great customer service, patience, and warm hearts. We have had nothing but the best care possible. Capt. O'Brien is the best doctor I've ever had to work with. Yesterday we had to put our first fur baby Scooter down due to cancer. Captain O'Brien was with us the whole time and explained everything along the way. She went above and beyond to help us get the cancer under control, but it was just too late in the game. I had a great experience. The Vet was very informative and seemed to care for my cat. I did not feel rushed by the vet in any way. She answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial. Great customer care.
