Save yourself the grief. Don't rent here. Management allows tenants to be victimized by other tenants. High level of alcohol and drug abuse going on. Place out of control. People living there that should never have been able to get in. Police involvement on a regular basis to address matters that management has neglected. Not a safe environment. Beware. Does not refund security deposit completely as promised.
I love this place I live here with my dad and it is wonderful. But some things are messed up like the 1st floor ramp has a wobbly wall.
Owner of fort hill I will not be wasting my time calling you I got my family member out of your dumpster fire you call an apartment building.
