I want to know if they don't look closely enough at people's medical allergy charts? It's happened to me a few times. Then a week ago it happened to my significant other. They were going to prescribe him a med he almost died from! Seriously! This has really been bothering me. I pay close attention and advocate. Wasted my time, let me sit in a room for 2 hours before telling me they don’t do the procedure I came in for.
What a mess of a clinic. Confidently incompetent staff. Predatory/unethical billing practices. If I had a heart attack in their parking lot, I’d go in to their clinic to use their phone to call an Uber to a different hospital.
My son was seen at Urgent Care on Tues Evening 1/14 at approx 7pm for cold/flu symptoms. Was tested for strep, infuenza, rsv & covid. Couldnt get lab results before we left at approx 9pm except for negative strep test. Gave him dismissal papers & advised they would call asap with any positive test results. Well about 24 hrs later, he received a called from someone at the facility. Really??? Come to find out he logged into his account overnight & found out he has covid & influenza. Got there no one in waiting room my brother was taken to a waiting room where he sat for over an hour. Other people came and went before him with no major problems. Won't be going there again. If it's staff problems need to hire more.
