Some of the nursing staff there are juvenile, unprofessional, and have no understanding of, or regard for patient HIPAA. I had repeated issues with them during my time at this clinic. To give an example, I asked for a jury excuse during Covid. The nurse responsible for it, brought it to the lab where I was having blood drawn, and held it up to the lab tech to read before leaving it on the counter for me. The only MD Dr. Fernandez they have is the worst, he doesn't listen to any concerns patients have, he doesn't actually take time to assess the problems. After 2 visits I'm switching doctors
Omg gil is new and had me in tears. Needed refills and he couldn't been more intimidating. It seemed all staff had their own attitude. I felt very uncomfortable in this clinic.if you have special needs and medication I wouldn't come here.they pick what medications they will and won't refill. Now I have more panic and anxiety attacks cause they won't give me my medication I've been on for years.
I got switched to this clinic cause I moved..and have depression issues that I was on medication for while and doing very good. Until ALL staff at this wouldn't give me refills on medicine I've been on for awhile which has cause alot of issues for me. I didn't feel comfortable with any staff here. Which has cause more health problems for me. Now I have to get a attorney to make things right. I wish I would have never met anyone at this clinic
