Losing Long time patients. This facility is useless without Doctors. My fiance and I were both in the middle of medical plans with doctors that are suddenly no longer there. Not our fault… but due to this, our follow up appointments were cancelled, and when we called to set up new primarys, we were told we cant be seen til August. While i expect this for brand new patients, the failure here is not our fault, yet we and our health is a casualty that is unacceptable!!! Dont give this facility any business!!!
Everyone we encountered during our visit at Fort Healthcare Lake Mills was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Rejon is an amazing provider, she listens to you and is very understanding and compassionate. She never makes you feel like a number, and the amazing staff that work with her also makes you feel the same. We drive an hour to see her, she’s worth the drive. I highly recommend Dr. Rejon and Fort Healthcare Lake Mills.
Dr.Bridget Halberma is great. She is kind,caring and always looking out for my best interest when it comes to my health. I also really am glad for their virtual visits and e-visits for when I am unwell to leave the house.
