I live in Madison and couldn't find a PCP in network so I made an appointment to see Dr. Nottestad in Cambridge. When I arrived at 1:55pm for my initial appointment (appointment was scheduled for 2pm) the receptionist informed me that even though my appointment time was 2pm, I was supposed to be there at 1:45 and therefore they had to cancel my appointment. There wasn't a single other person in the waiting room. I took off work and wasted 45 minutes driving to find out about this ridiculous policy. Obviously will not be back... read more
