I have changed my review from a 5-star to a 1-star after my recent experience. I recommend you never trust this facility to do anything important. We are moving to the UK on posting, shipping our dog. She needs to visit the vet before she flies for an exam and shots. Although the time for the shippers to pick her up was communicated several times my email (noon), they completely disregarded and paid no attention to it.
