The absolute kindest people I’ve ever met. They were just unbelievably sweet. My dog would have gone home with the vet if I let her 😂 I loved them. We drove 8 hours because fort Campbell vet office was extremely unreliable and we needed our vet health certificate. I was so extremely grateful for their amazing service and kind personality’s. They truly care for people’s pets
The doctors are helpful and well trained. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the staff. Spent all of this week before the 4-day weekend trying to call a phone that they don’t seem to pick up except sometimes and an email inbox they don’t seem to reply to. When I finally got a hold of them to ask for my pet records before PCSing, apparently the records don’t exist. Now I have to scramble for all the receipts from my previous appointments for an added headache. Not to mention their prices are at least slightly more expensive... read more
