Established in 2007, Fort George Brewery and Public House is housed in a 1924 automotive warehouse. It is among the biggest breweries in the state. Due to its popularity, it soon expanded into the nearby Lovell building. Their brew is available only in selected states, so if you are in town, don't miss to visit this affable, family-friendly brew-house. Drop in to take a sip of their quality beer or relish their tasty food. Enjoy live music and other entertaining events either at their pub or Lovell Taproom.

Visited here 6 months ago and had such good beer and pizza, it was definitely on our "must visit" list. What a disappointment. Walked in and waited 15 mins and still not one employee acknowledge my family! Staff walked by and didn't say I word and when I asked a waitress for help she said "be right back" and never returned! We walked out and went to buoy brewing which was a much more pleasant experience.
Fort George is so so so much better during the off season *sigh* #winter
We recently had a fantastic lunch at Fort George Brewery. We were a group of six adults and four kids (six and under) -- already an unwieldy bunch, but half of us arrived late. The team at Fort George was incredibly kind and gracious. Our food was fantastic and of course the beer was amazing. We're eager to go back next time we visit Astoria!
The best food I have had the pleasure of experiencing in Astoria, let alone the amazing beer that they brew.
Great atmosphere, great beers (especially the Cavatica Stout) in a great town! Cheers!
Great beer and wood-fired pizza. Upstairs has a nice view of the river.
outside seating with our 4 legged friend~ 1811 lager was very tasty~ Oyster poor boy was very good and my jr. fish basket was perfect..
I had a pint of wonderful QUICK WIT ALE suggested by bartender. It was wonderful and so was the cup of chowder. Thank you for the wonderful service. Love you guys.
Came in 2x this memorial day weekend while staying in Astoria. Both times we had great service and food.I don't rate breweries based on their food but its a plus. Beer was great, had the full flight, liked most of the beers, a couple weren't my style but still good. Left with a flat of 3-way and a few growlers.
