Established in 2007, Fort George Brewery and Public House is housed in a 1924 automotive warehouse. It is among the biggest breweries in the state. Due to its popularity, it soon expanded into the nearby Lovell building. Their brew is available only in selected states, so if you are in town, don't miss to visit this affable, family-friendly brew-house. Drop in to take a sip of their quality beer or relish their tasty food. Enjoy live music and other entertaining events either at their pub or Lovell Taproom.

Great service fun atmosphere!! Went here for lunch on a busy Mothers Day with a large party and they not only got us a table but served us delicious food and beer!!
If you like a great atmosphere with tasty grub, and three pubs that serve the best craft beer in town, look no further. Boo yah! Vegan options, too.
Came to the area for the weekend and decided to go here for dinner with my wife and kids. Great views, board games, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. That's all the good I have to say about this place. Server was not busy, but ignored us for at least 10 minutes. Good thing they have games to keep people occupied while they wait for service. Russian imperial stout so good One would assume collusion! 😂
6 of us had a girls night and had a blast at paint night! Thank you for the fun experience, we will be back!
My wife and I were in Astoria on business, we went to the Ft. George for some nosh and a beer. The interior is very PUB style, but go upstairs and check out the food and view. Bottom line, great beer and food, the staff were great as well. Highly recommended.
Great food, beer and service!! Enjoyed one of the seasonal IPAS.
Very commercial. Didn't have the local atmosphere of he other breweries we visited in Astoria. The format was odd/confusing and as a first time guest, I was made to feel like I should have known that there are actually two different menus based on whether you were upstairs or downstairs. The food and service were fine.
Don't have enough good things to say about this place. They were open later, like a pub should be, had great selection of fine brews, AMAZING food (with options for a variety of dietary needs), attention to sustainability, and spot-on service. What more can you ask for? Personal recommendation: the steak frites were absolutely kick-@$$!!
