This has got to be the worse place in Saskatoon for truck parts. When I asked some questions. All you get back are you an idiot look back. Your better off to go to the dealership of whatever brand of truck or trailer your using. If you’re not from Saskatoon Don’t think that Fort Garry is representative of the other places you can deal with.

There is a young woman working in the parts department who is consistently rude and dismissive toward customers. When I asked her a simple question, she responded with, “Do I look like a mechanic?”—an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful remark. She seemed completely uninterested in helping and responded with sarcasm rather than support. I will be sure to take note of her name next time, as this kind of behaviour has no place in customer service and needs to be addressed.
