Looking for a new axle replacement for my travel trailer. Was told twice by service department to bring the trailer in to have its axle measured so it could be ordered. I limped it across town to have it measured. The worker at parts handed me a piece of paper to measure the axle myself. Why wouldn't they have just told me over the phone to come in to grab a piece of paper to record my measurement, instead of going through the trouble of hauling my broken trailer across town for absolutely no reason?
