I’ve been coming here for almost 3 months and have nothing but great things to say. The whole staff is super friendly and supportive, motivation is driven by a combination of encouragement and tough love which drives you for excellence both in the gym and outside of it. When looking for a place to "get back in shape" last year, my BFF recommended Fort. I thank her EVERYDAY for the opportunity to commit to MUCH MORE THAN A GYM!! It's my physical and mental routine. It's my community. It's my sanity!!! 5am with Sarge is my jam but there are workouts throughout the day in the 3 different rooms - Battlefield (bootcamp), Deafcon (personal training) & Geared Up (spin)! I was recently on a 2-day business trip in Orange County and needed to find a gym to keep my workout routine in check. Fort Fitness exceeded my expectations. As a "walk-in", I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed right away. After a quick tour, I was encouraged to see a friendly group of members arriving for the 5:00am class so I jumped right. Great energy, lots of positivity and solid workouts that got my days started off right. I'll definitely be back again!
