Do not wish this experience with anyone. I am currently a costumer with Fort Financial and didn't want to be this upset becuase i've been banking with them since 2006 and have a car loan thru them. Something needs to be done about the way the handle there customer complaints and or the reimbursment of bank fees that are not waranted.
