Have a car loan through them. Had false insurance added even though proven I had insurance. Also when proven told me they couldnt take it off. Paying online or on the phone is a massive fee. Reports false to credit as well. I cant tell you how many times Ive caught them adding money or fees or claiming a I missed a payment when I didnt! The saying oops when they audit the account and claim it was a mistake. They are absolutely terrible!
We have one car loan through Fort Financial. We received a letter stating we needed to provide proof of insurance. We sent in the required information and didn't hear back. Then we receive a letter stating they were adding an amount on to our loan and adding in a monthly charge for insurance. Again, we sent them the information they needed and uploaded the insurance certificate online. Months later we are still trying to get the charges off our account.
