I have had good experiences with this facility until my last visit in February. The vet told me the wrong dog had tooth problems, but did put the right dog in the paperwork. Then told me our dogs were fine except for needing a full cleaning for which we were waitlisted. We kept brushing their teeth while waiting for the call. We could have gone elsewhere, but were never given any type of urgency. Arrived panicked...not my regular vet. Staff squeezed us in and I will always be grateful. Dr. Ng and ALL staff remained calm, examined AND explained what she perceived to be the problem, gave us a referral and everything has been resolved.
I take all four of my pets to this Vet clinic and I find that the staff, Veterinarians and Vet techs are fabulous! It is very easy to get an appointment and since the records are automated they can check shot records from the last military vet clinic I used. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
