Completely unscrupulous. This was the only place available for 10 miles, so despite the fact that I was told I would have to carry my belongings up a flight of stairs, which I've never encountered ANYWHERE, ( no elevator ) I agreed to a unit sight unseen. The woman I spoke to, the owner, said she needed a credit card number to reserve a unit, which is reasonable. I got a text asking ME to call a number that my account was behind. I don't hear texts and would rather have a phone call where you I.D. yourself and we can talk. their number does not match what I have for them. With all the scammers out there I am supposed to just call this number I do not recognize. The best part was Ms. storage wants to charge me money for this little mess . For the love of money.

Advertised that it’s 24 hours on their website but don’t specify that it’s only for outside units. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Don’t get storage units here!!
